When she joins up with the player again after "Bloodlines", after about a week she will start to open up to the player and become friendlier (a new game, or save before Bloodlines is completed required for the timer to take effect). - Added a "LocTypeDungeon" condition for Serana's radiant love timer, so she won't be asking you for kisses in a dungeon anymore.
